Quick Search . . . from the Library Home Page

A keyword search is the broadest search method.   It is easy and an effective way to find basic information or start a more complex search.

Quick Search automatically searches the most-used indexes:  Title   Author   Subject   Notes

Simply enter one or more terms in the Search Box.

If using two or more words, the system searches for items containing ALL the words.

     Ex.

Typing in one keyword into Quick Search will result in a high number of titles.

Typing in a keyword and an author name into the Advanced Keyword Search narrows the results to a few titles.

Note:  You need not include the Boolean AND since it is the default connecter.
