Request for Library Instruction

Please Note:

 This calendar shows only confirmed classes, so a free date does not necesarily mean that the room is free. Requests for instruction should be made two weeks in advance. No classes will be given on an afternoon prior to a holiday. Faculty presence is required during the instruction session.

Disclaimer: Please be aware that simply filling out the request form does not guarantee you the date and time you request. Your request must still be processed and confirmed. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date, it is sometimes necessary to negotiate a new date due to required preparation time on the part of the librarians and because this room is sometimes reserved for other requested uses.
